In Memory of Stanley Edward Franklin

   Dad was a Baptist preacher. He lived what he preached. He was loving and caring and had the faith of a child. He was an intelligent man. He had a doctorate in Theology. His life revolved around his faith in the Lord, his church, and his family.  Every morning when you woke up you could find Dad with a cup of coffee, a sweet treat, and his Bible, studying.  He encouraged people to be their best. He influenced people all over the world with his love of  the Lord. He pastored in Kenova, WV; Dallas, TX; Madison, WI;  and Richmond, CA.

He left behind his wife, 4 children, 7 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.  We are all saddened by his death, but we know that we will someday be together again.
