Post Valentines Day Post

Valentines Day is over, but not the love. These are the last two projects I did for my kids.
This one was a no brainer. My daughter is crazy about banana flavored Laffy Taffy. Of course the first thing that comes to my mind when I think of bananas is monkeys, so…
I used TBB&M for the triangular shaped box.
The monkey and its accents are from Create a Critter.
Back of the box.
I’ve been having trouble with the score guide marks left by my Expression. When I score the line the guides sort of pop out and the white core of the paper shows through or it leaves a little hole. I try not to press down to hard but to no avail.  Have you run into that problem? How do you handle it? Your input would be great!

This one is for the person in your heart that’s not so crazy about sweets.
I love this little squirrel!

I used Create a Critter for the squirrel and the phrase came from the Just Because Cards cartridge using the Stencil feature key. I measured the width of the package of nuts and cut a rectangle twice the height I wanted it and about a quarter inch wider. Folded it over, attached my squirrel and phrase, and stapled it to the packages of nuts.

Here is a tutorial link, www.youtube.com/watch?v=QBgiNSQeDp4 on youtube that I found helpful on how to get rid of the score guide marks, with the Cricut Craft Room program.
    Hope this helps you.
Also, thank you for your lovely comment on my Kiss The Cook post!!

    1. Thanks for the link. I think it will help with the score marks. I usually use my Gypsy so it work with it as well.
